The Prudential Campaign

PruLink can be made into a real-life event by hosting events.

These events can be
held in schools during Character & Citizenship Education and Educational Career Guidance lessons, which have been timetabled into almost all youths’ school timetable.

Participants can create their “profiles” using the card which will be issued to them by their hosts during the event. They will have to reflect upon the skills that they think they possess by writing down their top five skills on the card under the section “Before”.

Then, they will engage in games to assess the proficiency of their skills. This will provide the participants with a fun and engaging experience to learn more about their skills, instead of taking the online quizzes that may not be engaging and interesting to them.

So, these
games will replace the quiz by using games that are relevant to the specific skills. After playing the games, they will be tasked to re-assess their skills to compare the results between the “Before” and “After” to show them that they may be stronger in other skills that they were previously unaware of.

Participants will also be given the option to choose to talk to a mentor.

If they are interested to find out more about their dream job and/or look towards self-improvement, the event hosts can link them to
randomised mentors who are also representatives on PruLink to establish a relationship with the participant(s) to guide them on their career paths, enable them to seek advice from them and gain valuable insights into the industry.
